The first set of Cooper® Tracks programs at the Atlantic Club’s Cooper Wellness Center targets “post-COVID-19 recovery (long haul)” in late April. The Atlantic Club’s Cooper Wellness Center will also offer Cooper’s Move.Laugh.Connect. (MLC) Parkinson programs in October. MLC is a balanced total wellness program for adults that addresses its physical, emotional and social dimensions in a group setting, with an emphasis on extending functional years. CooperFit™ testing is another component of the Atlantic Club’s Cooper Wellness Center. CooperFit™ is a cardiovascular fitness test that provides an accurate prediction of a person’s fitness level, based on over 50 years of research and fitness testing at Cooper Clinic.
