Bird of Paradise Tropical Dance Club opens this weekend

CLEVELAND, Ohio – The party starts tonight at Bird of Paradise.

Ohio City’s new tropical dance club and lounge opens Friday with a grand opening celebration that continues Saturday night.

On Friday, DJs Elliot Nash and Eric Borlin will kick off. On Saturday, DJs Jake Hadden and Ik Dubaku continue the party. The two grand opening celebrations take place from 8 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. each day, and both have no coverage, according to a press release.

Located at 1947 W. 25th St., Bird of Paradise serves as a renaming and reformatting of the former Speakeasy space in Ohio City. Owners Mark Priemer and Sam McNulty renovated and redesigned the business with upstairs neighbor Bright Side (which replaced the former Bier Markt and Bar Cento restaurants). Sympa opened its doors in June.

Customers who wish to make VIP reservations or arrange bottle service at the club can email the club at [email protected], or text Justin at 216-666-2550, according to the statement.
