Ong takes over as CFO of TT Club


Freight transport and logistics insurer TT Club has announced that EeLain Ong has taken up the role of Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective August 1, 2022. Appointed in April 2022, Ong followed outgoing Chief Financial Officer Julian Chowdhury in his post during the months leading up to his retirement.

As CFO of the specialist mutual insurer, Ong’s challenges will be to achieve business plan profitability targets through operational efficiencies focused on simplifying and automating processes throughout the chain. insurance value.

Ong is a graduate of the University of Hull and a Chartered Accountant (FCA). In addition to roles at re/insurance providers, she has also had experiences as a regulator, auditor and M&A corporate financier – all of which exposed her to structuring finite, legacy risk transfer agreements. and traditional in the areas of financial governance.
