A PREM club has fired a longtime member of its catering staff following a complaint from a WAG.
The popular elderly woman has been fired after claiming to have made an overt comment about a player’s partner.
Now she’s gone and was missed in a recent home game when surprised regulars noticed her absence.
Other players at the club are shocked at the development, especially those who have been with the team for years.
Elsewhere, the Manchester City star’s wife Ilkay Gundogan has claimed there are no good restaurants in Manchester.
The Sun revealed Sara Arfaoui’s criticism of local cuisines as she complained of ‘awful food everywhere’ – despite town boss Pep Guardiola OWNING a tapas restaurant called ‘Tast’ .
Responding to a question on Instagram about where she likes to eat in town, she said: “Sorry I’m sad to be honest but nothing.
“I tried so hard to find a good restaurant but… terrible food everywhere.
“Can’t find real Italian or good sushi or just fresh food…everything frozen. Restaurants here focus on making money with drinks and shots like night clubs not food quality.
“Maybe in London but in Manchester nothing. I’m sorry.”
